Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving their objectives. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing sales activities, coordinating client communications, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing client relationships, including communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team as needed.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, such as proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales orders, and invoices.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, such as sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a consulting or trading company.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
